• Real estate led all industries with 16 filings mentioned, followed by cannabis with 6 filings, and oil & gas and professional services with 4 filings each.
• 38 filings mentioned were in Ontario, followed by 12 in Alberta, 7 in British Columbia, and 6 in Québec.
• 22 CCAA filings were mentioned. KSV acted as monitor in 6 of these filings, followed by FTI with 5 appointments, and PwC & Grant Thornton/Raymond Chabot with 3 appointments each.
