The Commercial List Users Committee (CLUC) invites you to the annual CLUC Education & Social Day. Please join us at the Art Gallery of Ontario for an exciting new format for this event where guests are invited to enjoy an evening at the AGO following the scheduled programming.

This year’s panels address hot topics in commercial litigation, the potential impacts of US tariffs in Canada, and a retrospective on the successful restructuring of Tacora Resources Inc.  

CLUC and the OBA are also pleased to award the annual Glenn Hainey Memorial Award and the Michael MacNaughton Student Writing Award for Insolvency Law for 2025.
