This is the inaugural edition of the Commercial List Users' Committee Newsletter which we hope you will find informative, and which we plan to issue semi-annually to update practitioners on the activities of the Committee. The newsletter will be distributed by email through the Ontario Bar Association - Insolvency and Civil Litigation Sections, and through CAIRP.
